Recently I have received a text message. I hope it’s the start of a great love story. But I’m worried it’s a precursor to a terrible, terrible heartbreak.

My reply: “I’m with someone else. Sorry.”

I hope you are happy. I know this will make me sound like a heartless monster, but I’m happy to have my life back. I don’t even know this guy. He’s never even been to my apartment. And we don’t even have the same taste in movies.
