According to the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), the North of England is one of the most obese regions in the UK.
According to their statistics, Northern England is the second fattest part of the country, behind London.
The statistics show that over half of people in the North of England are obese and only a quarter are of a healthy weight.
How can this be?
Are they all on food banks?
Is it all the chips?
It turns out that the Northern part of England is not alone in its unhealthy habits.
Surprisingly, even the South of England has a lot of people who are obese.
The South is the third fattest part of the UK, after London and the North.
We can see that it’s not the fault of the chips…
